Q: Do you offer virtual therapy?

A: Yes! We provide secure, confidential virtual therapy sessions for clients throughout California, in addition to in-person sessions in Irvine, Orange County

Scheduling, Fees & Insurance

Q: How do I schedule a therapy session?

A: To schedule, please call or email us to inquire about availability and next steps. We will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.

Q: What are your session lengths and fees?

A: Most individual therapy sessions are 45–50 minutes. Private pay is $185 per session for adults, $200 per session for children, and $250 per session for families.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Yes. Solura accepts insurance through Headway and Rula. Please contact us directly to confirm coverage and discuss reimbursement options.

Q: Is therapy confidential?

A: Absolutely. All sessions, whether virtual or in-person, are confidential and HIPAA-compliant. Your privacy is a top priority.
